DEPOSIT? Cheque or card, equal to the value of the first nights stay, secures your booking, RE: terms & conditions... Full deposit refundable/not charged, if cancellation notification is received by 3 full days before date of arrival, or if booking becomes re-let, or another booking date taken.
Full payment in advance of one month is required for Public Holiday and Festive dates of stay.
A minimum of two nights booking is required for reservations. One night stays, excluding Saturdays, may be arranged by telephone and are not necessarily subject to specific room choice guarantee.
Bank Holiday week-ends. A minimum stay of three nights required.
Single room, occupancy tariffs apply accordingly.
OUR SPILLAGE/BREAKAGES/DAMAGE POLICY: Accidents do happen! Please advise us as soon as you can, so we may attempt to limit the damage. At our discretion, it may be unfortunately necessary to engage our pre-booking policy agreement to impose a cleaning/repair/replacement cost, further chargeable to the cost of your stay, to be taken from the card used to secure your booking or pay for your stay, after we are first able to bring the situation and our intent to your attention.
(We hope not to ever implement our policy, but have it in place to help ensure our accommodation is ever ready to our standards for all new guests arriving.)
